The head, hands, and feet are made of vinyl for ultimate durability and accuracy. The head has sculpted hat and ears, attached via interlocked eyelets allowing them to move freely. The body is made in flexible polyurethane foam with an ultra-strong wireframe. The puppet comes fully clothed in distressed uniform with a shirt, tie, pants, and a jacket featuring a vinyl star badge. Includes a screen-accurate small vinyl pistol. Arrives in a beautiful full color collector's window box. Adult collectible, not recommended for children. Ages 17+
